The 新年会 was 楽しかった！
On Saturday evening we had our New Year's party. 18 NEO students and staff got together at a Chinese restaurant at the mall downtown. The food was great and we all interesting conversations in English and Japanese.
After the restaurant, most of the group continued to a second party at Irish Pub 72, a new Irish style bar along the Nishi Gawa. We enjoyed some Guinness beer and a few other foreigners joined us.
Most people went home after the second party, but a few people continued on to a late, late third party at a karaoke bar. We sang until after 3 am!
